ABOUT FAB5 GETAWAY... Come enjoy a relaxing day under our ENCLOSED LANAI, offering outdoor dining and a private pool with a heated spill-over spa. The large corner lot and the Florida Glass panels provide extra privacy as you lounge poolside. Note: The pool safety gate can easily be removed in sections for limited or full-access to the pool. We provide a 6-burner propane grill at no additional charge (we only ask that you clean the grill prior to departure). The outside dining table offers comfortable seating for 6. Relax poolside on one of our lounge chairs as you soak in the Florida Sunshine! (Pool towels are provided on-site for use during your stay) RARE FIND: Being a corner lot, this property has plenty of yard space which can be used to play lawn games. We are also located directly across from a shaded playground which our younger guests enjoy! OPEN FLOOR PLAN: The first-floor open floor plan includes the kitchen, dining area, and spacious family room that opens out to the outdoor living area. The large, fully equipped kitchen has a high-top table with seating for four. The adjoining dining area has additional seating for six. A complimentary high chair is provided at no additional charge. GAME ROOM: The air-conditioned garage offers a family-friendly game room with Air Hockey, Foosball, and PS5. Here you'll also find our popular THEATER ROOM, with comfortable seating for eight (with drink holders), an 86" screen, and DOLBY SURROUND SOUND. ALL BEDROOMS are furnished with extra pillows, extra blanket, Smart TV, wastebasket, ceiling fan, and private access to a bathroom. FIRST FLOOR BEDROOMS: => King Suite #1 - Furnished with a memory foam mattress, 55" Smart 4k TV with Cable, side chair, full dresser, two nights stands, and Pack-and-Play.. Private bath with double vanity and linen closet. => King Suite #2 - Furnished with a memory foam mattress, 55" Smart 4k TV with Cable, side chair, full dresser, two nights stands, and Pack-and-Play. EACH BATHROOM INCLUDES: Bath and hand towels, washcloths, blow-dryer (in king and queen bathrooms), toilet paper, and hand soap. POOL AND SPA HEATER: => The spa heater is set to 102 degrees year round at no additional charge to you. => Pool heat is recommended Oct - Mar and can be requested for a $35 daily rate, plus tax. The pool temperature will be set to 85 degrees. A higher setting will require an additional $10 per day. OUTDOOR PROPANE GRILL: Provided at no additional charge to our guests. We only ask that you clean the grill prior to departure to avoid the $50 cleaning fee charged by our housekeeping team. PARKING: Guests of Fab5Getaway are allowed no more than three parking passes. Our driveway can easily accommodate 2-3 vehicles, depending on the size. But, if you have a large vehicle that might block the sidewalk, please park in our overflow lot at the tennis courts.
